EDI provides Dubai drivers’ license acquisition training courses in different vehicle categories like Light Motor Vehicle, Heavy Truck, Heavy Bus, Forklifts and Motorcycles.
Emirates Driving Institute is the largest and most successful Driving Institute in the Middle East and has been in operation since 1991. During that time over 200,000 driving students have passed their Road Tests with us and many have gone on to take and pass our Advanced Driving Courses.
We employ over 1000 qualified Instructors at the Institute who come from the same countries as our students and who are able, therefore, to instruct students in their primary language. EDI provides Dubai drivers’ license acquisition training courses in different vehicle categories like Light Motor Vehicle, Heavy Truck, Heavy Bus, Forklifts and Motorcycles.
One Section of our Institute is solely for the use of our female students where female Instructors and Assessors provide tuition to our female clientele. Our driving tuition standards are set at International levels and our driving tuition methods are continuously updated to make use of the latest driving techniques. Our international partners, The Institute of The Motor Industry of The UK, The AA Driving School UK (AADS),The International Association for Driver Education and The Institute of Advanced Motorist-UK (IAM), play a major role in ensuring we are kept in touch with leading edge driving & testing tuition developments.
In relation to ensuring our services are delivered effectively we place great importance on Customer Service and our Customer Service Supervisor is always ready to assist students where necessary. We are ISO 9001-2000 accredited since 1997 and have been OHSAS 18001-2000 certified since 2006 EDI is a former winner of the Dubai Quality Award for Professional Services sector.
The true test, we believe, of success in what we set out to do is the level of repeat, or in our case, referred business: students who have trained with us referring friends and family to the Institute. The majority of our business comes, not from advertising or other forms of publicity, but from our past (passed!) students. We know that in the pursuit of quality and excellence there is no finish line. So we have a relentless endeavor to improve all aspects of our service to the highest levels.
