In 2004, a group of professional property managers joined together to form the American Apartment Owners Association. Their goal was simple – to provide an online network of resources and benefits for landlords and property managers. Since then, AAOA has steadily grown and is now the largest landlord association in the country with more than 60,000 members nationwide.
