Our objective as trainers and nutritionists is to help every client become not just physically strong but mentally strong enough to reach their goals. Every client receives our utmost attention and dedication; We will always go above and beyond as we take this journey to creating a fitter you together. Specialties: Anaerobic and Aerobic training allows you to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Training this way also allows you to learn to control your own body motions. We focus on exercises that allow clients to use their own body weight for resistance to achieve their desired results. Boxing Training teaches the fundamentals of the sport to individuals of all ages. Fundamentals include proper footwork and punching technique. As clients progress we continue to develop these skills a long with additional proficiencies. Boxing is a great way to burn calories, learn self-defense skills, flexibility and coordination. Youth Fitness teaches young adults (ages 8-17) the importance of healthy living through fitness. All training is tailored to be age and ability appropriate. Whether boxing, preparing for the start of sports season or just looking to get in shape. Young Adults looking to get more fit and healthy will walk away from the sessions or classes feeling empowered. Exercises will focus on getting the body moving and introduced to new and interesting workouts. Young Adults looking to take their fitness skills to the next level will be challenged and prepared based on their individual needs and the needs of their specific sport. Youth will walk away with a clear understanding of what it takes to be an elite athlete. All youth are trained in a safe and caring environment that allows them to achieve their fitness potential while learning to believe in themselves. Extreme Fitness group training will take you to the next level of fitness. This advance class incorporates non-stop anaerobic/aerobic training that pushes your bodies’ abilities to its maximum. Nutrition is the foundation for how our bodies work. We help all clients understand the importance of proper nutrition while they reach their fitness goals. Nutrition clients receive personalized plans, best practices for shopping for their plan and ongoing guidance.
