Nirodha Yoga we are providing Training to become eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher. Enjoy the tropical paradise, while practicing authentic Yoga with like-minded students. The mission of this yoga studio is to awaken and strengthen the community by embodying a modern yogic lifestyle, while providing a haven for peace and self-healing, by reawakening awareness through our breath, through our yoga. We have more than 100 happy students that took these courses. The teacher training course will take place in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
